Waleed Alsalehe

Dr. Waleed Yahya Al-Salhi is an Associate Professor of Law at Jazan University, Saudi Arabia. He holds a PhD in Law from Case Western Reserve University (USA) and an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Bath (UK). His research focuses on corporate governance, commercial law, artificial intelligence regulation, civil liability, and sustainability. He has published research in peer-reviewed academic journals and participates in academic committees and research activities. He welcomes international and interdisciplinary research collaborations, particularly in AI governance, business ethics, sustainability, and regulatory studies.
