Biography

Joshua Ogbonna Uchenna is a multidisciplinary technology, administration, and safety professional specialising in artificial intelligence, intelligent systems, digital transformation, and occupational health and safety.
He currently serves as Administrator/Executive Assistant to the Vice Chancellor of Amadeus University, Amizi, where he manages executive operations, coordinates institutional engagements, oversees administrative processes, and supports strategic decision-making within the Office of the Vice Chancellor.

He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Alex Ekwueme Federal University. He has research experience in intelligent systems, including developing a web-based Court Information Management System for the Ebonyi State Judiciary and co-authoring a peer-reviewed expert system framework for nutritional analysis and diet-related diseases.

As Managing Director at Creo Limited and an IT Consultant to companies, Joshua leads digital transformation, software development, and cybersecurity projects. He also serves as a Board Member and Director of IT at Global Youth Mental Health Awareness (GYMHA) Incorporated Australia.

His professional interests include AI-driven governance systems, cybersecurity, immersive technologies, public sector digital transformation, and safety engineering methodologies such as Hazard Identification (HAZID) and Hazard Operability Studies (HAZOP).
