Dr. Shobha B. H. is an academic professional specialising in Marketing and Human Resource Management, with a Ph.D. in Management. Her research interests include consumer behaviour, digital marketing, marketing analytics, organisational behaviour, sustainability, and emerging technologies in business management. Her academic activities include management education, curriculum development, scholarly peer review, and research. She is interested in interdisciplinary research, international academic collaboration, and the application of innovative and sustainable practices to contemporary business challenges.
