ICResG Opens Call for Institutional Partnerships and Research Collaborations

Collaboration

The Intelligent Computing Research Group (ICResG) is inviting universities, research institutes, academic departments, professional organisations, technology organisations, and other research-focused institutions to explore opportunities for partnership and collaboration.

Established around the principle “From Ideas to Impact,” ICResG seeks to build meaningful research relationships that support knowledge exchange, joint research, innovation, capacity development, and the dissemination of research outcomes.

As research becomes increasingly interdisciplinary and collaborative, partnerships between institutions can provide access to complementary expertise, research infrastructure, datasets, researchers, and new opportunities for knowledge creation. ICResG is therefore seeking institutions and research bodies interested in developing sustained research relationships rather than one-off engagements.

Potential areas of collaboration include joint research projects, collaborative grant applications, systematic reviews, multidisciplinary research programmes, joint publications, conferences and seminars, research workshops, postgraduate research support, knowledge exchange, technology development, and research capacity building.

ICResG is particularly interested in partnerships in areas including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Federated Learning, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Transportation Systems, Computer Vision, Internet of Things, Edge Computing, Software Engineering, and other areas of intelligent computing and emerging technologies.

Partnerships may involve researchers from multiple institutions working together on defined research questions, sharing expertise and resources, developing research outputs, and creating opportunities for researchers and students to participate in collaborative projects.

ICResG also welcomes research bodies and institutions that have established research programmes and are interested in identifying complementary expertise or expanding their collaborative research networks.

The group believes that effective partnerships should be based on clearly defined objectives, mutual contribution, transparency, academic integrity, and shared research interests. Each collaboration can therefore be structured according to the interests, capacity, and objectives of the participating institutions.

Institutions and research organisations interested in establishing a partnership with ICResG are invited to get in touch to discuss potential areas of collaboration and develop an appropriate framework for engagement.

ICResG is open to building partnerships locally, nationally, and internationally.

Together, we can connect expertise, develop new research opportunities, and turn ideas into research with meaningful impact.
