Syed Samin Sadaf

I am a Software Engineering graduate from the Islamic University of Technology (IUT), where I graduated as the top student of my Software Engineering program under the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. My research interests primarily include Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and Artificial Intelligence. My undergraduate research focused on Bangladeshi traffic sign detection, where I worked on developing and improving YOLO-based architectures for efficient real-time detection of small and distant traffic signs.

I have also worked on Bangla Natural Language Processing, including Bangla hate speech detection, and gained industry experience as a Machine Learning Intern at Kernel International Ltd., where I worked on AI-driven applications and machine learning solutions. My technical experience also includes RAG systems, LLM applications, AI-based question generation and evaluation, and full-stack software development. I am particularly interested in pursuing research that combines machine learning with practical, real-world applications.
