Muhammad Muttaka

Muhammad Muttaka is a cybersecurity undergraduate at Astana IT University and an AI security researcher focused on runtime protection for autonomous and agentic AI systems. His research interests include human oversight, permission-based security, anomaly detection, secure AI deployment, tamper-evident auditing, and defence-in-depth architectures. He is the creator and lead developer of AISec, an open-source runtime security framework designed to support safe and accountable AI-agent operations. His paper, “Layered Cybersecurity for Enforcing Human Control over Autonomous AI,” has been accepted for presentation at IEEE SISY 2026. He aims to develop practical, reproducible, and internationally relevant security solutions for emerging AI systems.
